Back in the day, I used to do markets when we were allowed to offer tastings of our products - pre-COVID19. Sadly we no longer have this option, but one thing I used to regularly do was to make up a very simple mix of my caramelised balsamic vinegar and lemon myrtle olive oil, whisk them together to form an emulsion, and offer people a chance to try. 100% guaranteed winner. Everybody bought it.
So here is those two products in a bottle. The oil will float onto of the denser caramelised vinegar, so you have to give the bottle a shake, but this is the most spectacular salad dressing you will find.
